Skipper W
Limited Edition of 500 Signed/Numbered Prints
One of the most recognized stallions in the American Quarter Horse industry is the immortal Skipper W, who was foaled in Colorado on the Weiscamp Ranch. Skipper W stood about 15 hands at 1250 lbs and was described as "all muscle", and his color was a stunning sorrel.
Weiscamp was one of the leading breeders of Quarter Horses at the time, producing many of the famous foundation Quarter Horses known today. Records are that Skipper W was only shown 3 times in his life, taking the Grand Champion each time. Skipper W began a dynasty with multiple AQHA Champion & Superior Halter/Performance offspring. Even today, the term "Skipper W" horse still demands respect.
