Sherrie's Asian CHICKEN SKEWERS

4 Chicken Breasts cut into pieces
1/2 Onion  cut into pieces
1/2 Red bell pepper cut into pieces
l cup button mushrooms
2 tbsp Rice Wine

Marinade :

1 tbsp Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce Lee Kum Kee brand
4 tbsp Sa Cha Sauce Kum Kee brand
1 tbsp Rice Wine

Mix chicken & vegetables with marinade.  Let marinate for 1 hour. 

Alternate all ingredients on skewers. Grill chicken on Grill.  

You can also Pan-fry skewers in 2 tbsp oil over low heat until done. Pour over skewers and heat through.
